Bill started his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Montgomery County District Attorney's office. As an Assistant District Attorney, Bill was a member of the Major Crimes Unit where he prosecuted hundreds of cases involving crimes of violence, theft and Driving Under the Influence. This experience as an Assistant District Attorney afforded Bill the opportunity to hone his trial and negotiating skills. As an Assistant District Attorney, Bill earned a reputation amongst law enforcement and the Bench as honest, fair and ready and willing to fight to do the right thing.

After leaving the District Attorney's Office, Bill began working with his partner, Edwin. L. Guyer. Bill's current practice concentrates on criminal defense.
